Phyllis Courtnage House is a sheltered housing development in Hemel Hempstead made up of three blocks. Igloo was contracted initially to carry out a full removal and replacement of the existing slate roofs, soffits, fascias and guttering.

 

As works progressed we were later asked to design and install a 44kWp Solar PV system to supply free electricity to the communal areas.
